Time Trials and Brick sessions

Time trials have begun again on every second Tuesday evening. The trials are carried out over a 20km out and back course on the old Dublin road. This is a really good opportunity to have a cycle in near race conditions. It’s also a useful judge of each person’s fitness levels as the season progresses.

On the alternate Tuesdays there is a ‘Brick’ session, where a 20km cycle is followed immediately by a run. This is also excellent training in an effort to emulate race conditions. Details of both are available on Facebook and the club WhatsApp group.
