The Edge Sports BTC Aquathlon

The Blackwater Triathlon Club is delighted to announce that we will be holding an Aquathlon event in Fermoy on Wednesday the 11th of July at 7.30 p.m.

This Triathlon Ireland sanctioned event will provide an ideal opportunity for beginner triathletes to have a go at two of the three disciplines of triathlon while providing an ideal training opportunity for more experienced athletes.

The aquathlon will consist of a 750 metre swim followed by a 6km run. The race is now open for entry on www.triathlonireland.com  or on the night. Participants must be a TI member or purchase a one day licence to compete in the event. There will be prize giving and refreshments in the town park after the race.
