Lynne Algar Workshop

The Blackwater Triathlon Club is pleased to announce that on Friday the 26 of January at 7pm, renowned Triathlon coach Lynne Algar will be doing a workshop on how to put together your individual training plan. Lynne has been employed by Triathlon Ireland as a High Performance Coach and Performance Manager based in Limerick working with a number of the National U23 Male and Junior Athletes in the Munster region. Her role included the development of a pathway for athletes with favourable to elite triathlon to progress. Through Triathlon Ireland she is also employed as a tutor on the National Council for Exercise and Fitness Courses. Lynne was also been short listed for coach of the year in 2015. The workshop will take place in the Fermoy Education Centre, the Anderson centre on O'Neill-Crowley Quay (up from Garda Stn) and will run for 1hr 30-2 hours. The plan is that participants should go home with the bones of their training plan already completed for the year.
