The Grange-Fermoy 4 Mile Road race.The Grange-Fermoy AC Bob Burke 4 mile road race took place in Grange on Sunday morning, the 28^th of July. Four members of the Blackwater Triathlon Club took part in the race, and a number of others helped out as stewards. For three of the four it was their second event in 24 hours after the King of The Hill triathlon in Kinsale the previous day. Adrian Collins, Vincent McCarthy and Niamh Fleming didn’t seem to feel too many ill-effects though, as they finished in times of 26:26, 34:27 and 37:59 respectively. They were joined on the day by Dermot Johnson, who crossed the line in 32:46. As usual this was an excellent event. Well done to the organisers and helpers who made it all possible.
